Responsibilities
* Inspect and package plastic moulded products.
* Operate semi-automatic machines (after training).
* Monitor for faults and maintain quality standards.
* Handle pallets: stacking, wrapping, and moving with trolleys.
* Clean workstation and tools, including the use of solvents when required.
* Run multiple machines once trained.
* Comply with company health and safety policies.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous factory or manufacturing experience (essential).
* Injection moulding experience (preferred but not essential).
* Ability to work 12-hour continental shifts (days and nights).
* Own transport due to location.
* Safety boots required (hi-vis vest provided).
Hours & Pay
* 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights).
* 12-hour shifts.
* Training provided on day shifts before moving to the full shift pattern.
* £12.21 per hour basic pay.
* £50.50 weekly attendance bonus for completing all scheduled shifts.
* Overtime paid at 125% and 150% rates.
