Key Features of the Role: * Qualified Lead Generation: Receive 8–10 qualified leads per week from a high-performing team of estate agency introducers, giving you the opportunity to submit 2–3 quality mortgage applications weekly. * Whole-of-Market Advice: Provide professional, compliant mortgage and protection advice from across the whole of the market, ensuring the best solutions for your clients. * High Earnings Structure: Realistic OTE of £45,000 in Year 1, with high earnings of £70,000 in Year 2. Earn 10%–25% commission with no validation thresholds. * Comprehensive Support: Access to a large and established client database for remortgage and protection opportunities. Key Responsibilities: * Provide regulated mortgage and protection advice tailored to client needs. * Convert high-quality leads into completed mortgage and insurance business. * Conduct professional fact-finds and maintain strong client relationships. * Utilise the existing client database to generate new remortgage opportunities. * Maintain compliance with all FCA and company regulations. * Meet and exceed performance targets in a fast-paced, lead-rich environment. What You Need to Succeed: * CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified – essential. * Proven background as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker within a tied, independent, or bank environment. * A results-driven mindset and the ambition to earn high income. * A full UK driving licence. * CAS status is preferred but not essential – full training and support provided. * A clean credit history and no unspent criminal convictions.
