Successful candidates will work alongside supportive teaching staff and senior leadership teams across a variety of schools, helping to maintain a productive and safe learning environment while ensuring students continue to receive high-quality education.
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Deliver pre-set work in the absence of the classroom teacher
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively
* Support students in maintaining engagement with their learning
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff and school leadership teams
* Ensure a safe and positive classroom environment
Pay
Daily pay rates range between £89 £105 per day, depending on:
* Experience
* Training
* Qualifications
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must:
* Be passionate about working with children and young people
* Have experience working in mainstream British schools
* Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
* Hold QTS / NQT status (desirable but not essential)
* Hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check
* Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
