Responsibilities
* ProvidingExceptionalHR&EmploymentLawAdvice
* SupportclientsindealingswithexternalagenciessuchasACAS,tradeunionsandregulatorybodies
* Deliveron-siteHRandEmploymentLawservicesasrequired
* Supportwithdocumentationreviews,updates,andprojectdelivery
* Providetrainingtoclientteams
* AssistwithHRexercisessuchasconsultations,policychangesandcommunicationtoemployees
Skills&Experience
* MinimumofCIPDLevel5orrelevantHR/Lawdegree
* Strongknowledgeandhands-onexperienceinHRandEmploymentLawwithinahigh-volumeadvisoryenvironment
* PriorexperienceworkingoncomplexHR/EmploymentLawcases
* Demonstrableabilitytoconductaccurateresearch
* ApositiveandcuriousmindsetforAI-firstworking,embracingtheimpactthat'human+AI'canbringtotheworld.YoullhavestartedtouseAIinaworkand/orpersonalsetting,withabasicunderstandingoftheprinciplesofAI,itspositivepotentialandadesiretolearnmore
