Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for a Sales Administrator a Yorkshire based Financial Services company. Founded 10 years ago, this company focuses on working with SME businesses across the UK to have access to funds and have several different product ranges for their customers. We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Administrator to support fast-paced financial operations. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build strong client relationships, develop your skills across multiple projects, and play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service. We’re looking for someone who wants to progress and grow within a rapidly growing company. The successful candidate will have either similar experience in an office-based role or a recent graduate who can demonstrate transferable skills. This is an office-based role where you will be in the office Monday – Friday. It is a rural location so you must be able to drive. Responsibilities & day to day duties As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for: * Provide full administrative support across office functions, new business, finance and credit control, ensuring compliance with company processes. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers, lenders and internal teams, delivering excellent customer service throughout the client journey. * Manage client accounts, including onboarding, documentation, payment requests, reconciliations and CRM updates, ensuring accuracy and timely communication. * Conduct ‘know your customer’ checks, review facility documents and monitor client risk profiles, escalating any concerns promptly. * Support operations and brokerage teams during busy periods and contribute to ad hoc projects as required. Skills & experience required. * Experience in a similar office-based role, relationship management in a finance environment preferred; general office experience desirable. * Strong customer service, ability to work independently and in a team, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel essential), numerate, literate, problem-solving skills, risk awareness, and ability to manage multiple projects. * Qualifications: Minimum A Level or equivalent; must be able to pass aptitude test. * Full driving licence and ability to travel to Wheldrake.
