Assistant Farm Manager - Poultry Breeder Farm Hours: Typically 7am - 3pm (flexibility required depending on flock needs) Location: Norfolk Salary: Up to £32,000 DOE Accomodation Provided No Visa or Sponsorship available. A well-established poultry business in Norfolk is looking to recruit an Assistant Farm Manager to support the day-to-day running of several breeder farms. This is a hands-on role suited to someone practical, reliable and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment. The position involves supporting operations across several breeder farms, helping to supervise small teams and ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. While experience in poultry or agriculture can be beneficial, it is not essential. The most important qualities are a strong work ethic, team leading, a positive attitude, and the willingness to get involved in all aspects of the job.
