Our client, an innovative entertainment company with a social purpose, is seeking a dedicated Office Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven team.

About the Role

As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include:

🔧 Office Operations:

Manage day-to-day office activities, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
Act as a central point of contact for internal queries and external correspondence.
Successfully manage a complex office move💰 Budget & Finance:

Oversee the office budget, process invoices and expenses, and manage financial transactions.🏢 Facilities Management:

Maintain office equipment, order stationery and supplies, and handle facility issues.👥 Staff Support:

Supervise administrative staff and support HR functions such as onboarding and appraisals.
Coordinate staff activities to foster a collaborative environment.🛡️ Health & Safety:

Ensure office policies and procedures are updated and compliant with health and safety regulations.📅 Events & Meetings:

Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements, optimising leaders' time and energy.
Plan large scale company events including upcoming Christmas Party!
Assist with the logistics of any complex office moves.🤝 Communication:

Build and nurture relationships across the organisation, becoming a trusted liaison for your leaders.
Manage inboxes and calendars with precision and tact, while creating calm from chaos.About You

You are a proactive individual with excellent judgement and discretion. You thrive under pressure, anticipate needs before they arise, and enjoy building relationships at all levels. Your organisational skills and clarity in communication make you a perfect fit for this role.
