Channel Partner Manager – EMEA Location: UK, Leicestershire (with international travel)

This is more than just a sales role. It’s a key position that will see you act as the main point of contact between our organization and a network of highly skilled partners working on cutting-edge projects in aviation, hydro-meteorology, and environmental science.
What You’ll Do
Partner Management
* Own and manage the full partner lifecycle – from enquiries to quotations, sales, returns, and in-region visits.
* Set, monitor, and review partner performance against clear growth targets.
* Guide and support partners to select the right solutions that fit their project needs
* Develop and maintain detailed key account plans.
* Foster long-term, trust-based relationships with both new and existing partners.
* Lead due diligence and onboarding for new partners.
* Engage with group companies, research institutions, and leading industry stakeholders to enhance our brand visibility and influence.
Operational & Technical Excellence
* Provide technical guidance and product information to internal teams, including production and manufacturing.
* Keep up to date with the latest developments in our products, services, and industry innovations.
* Contribute across departments as needed to support company growth and collaboration.
Travel
* Represent Campbell Scientific across the EMEA region with regular multi-day trips (up to 25% travel).
* Participate in key partner and industry meetings in the UK and abroad.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in channel/partner management, technical sales, or business development.
* A strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset and excellent relationship-building skills.
* Strong understanding of scientific, environmental, or technology-based markets (preferred).
* Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
