<div><h3>Chef Supervisor</h3><p>Location: Devro Scotland Ltd, Gartferry Road, Moodiesburn, North Lanarkshire, G69 0JE</p><p>Salary: £13.25 per hour</p><p>Hours: 35 hours per week</p><p>Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 2:30pm</p><p>Contract Type: Permanent Full Time</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Chef Supervisor to join our team at Devro Scotland Ltd in Moodiesburn. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate food professional to support the delivery of high-quality catering services while leading and motivating a small team.</p><p>As Chef Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day‑to‑day operation of the kitchen, ensuring food is prepared and presented to a high standard while maintaining compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Support the delivery of a high-quality food service for colleagues and customers</li><li>Supervise and support kitchen team members during daily operations</li><li>Assist with menu planning and development</li><li>Ensure food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained at all times</li><li>Monitor stock levels and support ordering processes
</li><li>Assist with financial controls and cost management</li><li>Maintain excellent customer service standards</li><li>Support training and development of team members</li></ul><h3>What You Bring</h3><ul><li>Professional cooking qualification (essential)</li><li>Food Hygiene qualification (essential)</li><li>Previous chef management or supervisory experience preferred</li><li>Strong team leadership and communication skills</li><li>Financial awareness and understanding of kitchen cost controls</li><li>Basic computing skills</li><li>Experience of menu development</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment</li><li>A proactive and customer‑focused approach</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><p>Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
