This is a key customer-facing role responsible for coordinating the end-to-end hire process and ensuring a seamless service experience for customers.About the roleAs an Onsite Hire Coordinator, you will take ownership of customer hire requests from initial enquiry through to delivery, collection and completion. You will work closely with customers via telephone and email while collaborating with depot, transport and operational teams to coordinate equipment availability and logistics effectively.This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
