With strong backing and continued expansion, they are now hiring a Director of Product Management to take full responsibility for their mobile app strategy (iOS & Android) and lead a focused product team.
Define the vision, set priorities, and guide development to meet business goals and user needs.
Support 3-6 direct reports (PMs/Product Owners), helping them deliver clear, user-driven solutions.
Work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ship features quickly.
Use feedback, data, and market insight to spot new opportunities, improve performance, and remove friction in the app experience.
Speak at events and forums to help raise the profile of the app and business.Strong knowledge of iOS and Android platforms, mobile UX/UI, and customer experience.
Proven ability to lead agile product teams and improve product operations in growing companies.
Confidence working with data and tech to make informed decisions.
Location: Canary Wharf (Hybrid - 3 days on-site per week)
