As we continue to grow internationally, we are seeking a commercial marketing leader to lead our External Marketing Team, who will report to the Head of Marketing & Communications. Responsibilities
* Lead the definition and communication of external marketing strategies, ensuring they align with our global commercial objectives across all our business streams.
* Own the strategic direction of key campaigns, ensuring a predictable, scalable flow of high-quality leads into our pipeline.
* Own the process of connecting strategy to execution, utilising your autonomy to ensure maximum operational efficiency and achievement of key business results.
* See the direct impact of your work through clear visibility of marketings contribution to revenue growth.
* Mentor and develop a dedicated team, fostering a culture of professional growth and continuous improvement.
* Translate high-level business objectives into clear, scoped marketing requirements for execution, and deliver results.
* Drive campaign delivery across digital, events, and partnerships to meet commercial goals.
* Ensure alignment with business development teams and deliver leads (MQLs) necessary to drive pipeline growth.
* Establish operational rigour, including budget management and process compliance.
* Leverage data analysis, reporting, and digital marketing expertise to deliver high precision.
* Influence and build strong relationships across internal departments.
* Allocate resources effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Leverage CRM (Zoho) systems for lead generation management, sales performance reporting, and implementing workflow automation to drive efficiency across the customer journey.
* Manage some domestic and international travel as required.
Key Requirements
* Substantial B2B marketing experience, preferably within a TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) company or related sectors like Metals & Minerals, Mining, Engineering, or Life Sciences.
* Experience working for a complex, matrixed organisation.
* Proven experience in effectively managing and leading a team of marketing professionals.
* A demonstrable track record of delivering measurable demand generation and new market entry success.
* Experience managing the complete customer journey with a focus on strategic lifecycle marketing.
Required Qualifications
* Degree level or equivalent qualification in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
* A project management qualification is desirable.
Language Requirements
* Additional language skills, particularly Spanish, would be advantageous.
