Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for Year 6 pupils. Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support achievement. Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas and improve teaching practice. Take part in ongoing professional development and whole-school initiatives. About You Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Have experience teaching in Year 6 or across Key Stage 2. Demonstrate strong classroom management and behaviour management skills. Confidently adapt lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners. Possess a solid understanding of the National Curriculum and current teaching strategies. Exhibit excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
