Personal Assistant (Part-Time) - Female Only
We are seeking a caring, reliable, and proactive Personal Assistant to support a young adult female in her day-to-day life. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys helping others live independently while engaging in fun and meaningful activities.
Hours & Pay
* Up to 15 hours per week
* £14 per hour
* Core hours: Thursdays and Fridays, approximately 1:00pm - 5:00pm - with flexibility for late finishes when needed
* Additional hours may be available: • Tuesdays – hours TBC • Sunday evenings (2-3 hours, to support attendance at church)
* Some flexibility with hours may be required
* Mileage will be paid
About the Role
You will be supporting a friendly young woman who enjoys a variety of activities including:
* Eating out and visiting coffee shops
* Watching films (at the cinema or at home)
* Attending dance classes
* Arts and crafts
* Occasional day trips such as seaside visits (e.g. Blackpool)
The role involves both social support and some personal care.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting with planning and attending social activities and days out
* Providing companionship and encouraging independence
* Assisting with light personal care (e.g. support getting out of the shower when needed)
* Preparing simple meals
* Accompanying to appointments or outings, including church
* Bringing ideas for activities and outings
About You
* Female (genuine occupational requirement)
* Friendly, patient, and reliable
* Proactive with ideas for activities and engagement
* Comfortable providing personal care when required
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
