Our client, a leader in Nuclear Generation require a talented Draughtsperson / CAD Operative to join their team based in Dungeness. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about design and technical drawing and wants to contribute to important projects within a regulated yet collaborative environment. Applicants should be able to demonstrate of the following skills/experience: Proven experience as a Draughtsperson or in a similar role. Recognised CAD qualification essential. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD software (knowledge of GTX RasterCAD Plus or similar Raster/Vector software would be a bonus). Good understanding of technical drawings, building codes, and industry standards. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Role information: Produce detailed technical drawings, plans, and schematics based on specifications given by engineers and registered contract partners. Collaborate with engineers, contract partners, and project managers to ensure design specifications are met. Revise and update drawings based on feedback and project requirements. Ensure that all drawings adhere to industry standards and regulations.
