Key Responsibilities:
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll be part of a professional brigade delivering high standards across a premium food offering by:
13. Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
14. Working within a fresh-food kitchen serving resort guests in a luxury environment
15. Contributing ideas to menus with a focus on quality and presentation
16. Supporting and training junior members of the kitchen team
17. Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
18. Managing stock, deliveries, and wastage efficiently
19. Ensuring all kitchen compliance and food safety records are kept up to date
What we’re looking for:
20. 2-3 years’ experience in a fresh-food, fast-paced kitchen
21. Level 2 Food Hygiene certification and allergen awareness training
22. Confidence leading and supporting junior chefs
23. A strong team ethic with pride in quality and consistency
24. A flexible and professional approach suited to a luxury hospitality setting
