Hays is working in partnership with local Primary schools in Dartford. We work with Ofsted rated “good” & “outstanding” schools in the area with, inclusive ethos and strongmunity feeling. These schools are mainstream schools that also offers support to students with SEN.
Your new role
We offer roles both on a “one to one” basis and class based supporting children with learning difficulties and group interventions. You will be expected to adapt and tailor lessons to students with different educational needs and backgrounds. Furthermore, you will liaise with colleagues and peers to receive and deliver instructions and provide feedback.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 30 days of experience working with children in the UK
It is essential that you have SEN experience, and you can back it up with examples and references. Passion for the role is vital and a desire to improve education and develop students learning will make you the ideal candidate for this role. Drive and determination are needed in a demanding position where your hard work will provide benefits far beyond your salary.
