Junior Administrator (to assist Project Secretary)
Project – Saudi Aramco / Shaybah
Start date – 17th November
Duration – 8 months minimum. Project up to 2 years.
Rate - £17 / £18 PAYE plus holidays
5 days in Leatherhead offices.
Preferably with experience in Word/Excel/SharePoint/DocuSign.
Duties to include:
* Organise meeting rooms & catering,
* Organise project seating requirements,
* Assist with new starters, issue project correspondence & maintain relevant registers.
* Organise access for new starters & visitors,
* Liaise with IT to solve any issues & organise IT for new starters,
* Organise business travel,
* Maintain project admin registers
