About the Role
The Senior HR Advisor supports a multi‑national and diverse team of 350 personnel across multiple locations in Central London. This role offers full support for personal development (e.g. CIPD qualifications) and key responsibilities in HR function support.
Responsibilities
 * Assist in running HR functions in designated properties to support all Directors, Managers and their teams.
 * Provide support to help the business meet objectives.
 * Support the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of HR projects, policies and procedures.
 * Support Managers when handling employee relations issues.
 * Implement best practice in all aspects of HR.
 * Assist with the onboarding process and the employee life cycle.
 * Manage and maintain the IHASCO training platform.
Qualifications & Experience
 * Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 * Knowledge of HR procedures, tools and systems.
 * Basic qualification in HR such as CIPD level 3 or HND, with a desire to study for a full qualification.
 * Highly organised and efficient approach.
 * Ability to manage varying needs and prioritise to achieve business results.
 * Fully proficient in spoken and written English.
 * Excellent communication skills; discretion due to high sensitivity of information.
 * Passion for working with people and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
 * Exceptional attention to detail and flexibility regarding working time – the role is primarily Monday to Friday but may occasionally require weekend work.
