Billing & Finance Analyst - Fast-Growing Tech Services Provider

Responsibilities:

* Manage onboarding/offboarding of client accounts.

* Analyse performance reports and identify cost-saving opportunities.

* Work closely with suppliers and outsourced finance teams.

* Handle client escalations and ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements:

* Strong communication and analytical skills.

* Solid understanding of accounting principles and software (e., Xero).

* Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

* Experience with AI & automation is a plus.
