Employer Engagement and Events Administrator (22 Hours Per Week)

Join our Careers and Employability team and proactively support the delivery of our events and employer engagement activities. Assist in the creation of new and innovative opportunities for our students and graduates to connect with employers and external partners both within and outside the curriculum.
You will handle incoming inquiries from employers and industry professionals seeking to work more closely with our institution and ensure a smooth interface/referral point to the university. As part of the role, you will also work directly with our Employer Engagement and Events Manager, assisting them to deliver a series of events and employer-led activities for students and graduates.
The successful candidate will have the ability to:
1. Engage with employers or organisations, network effectively, and develop effective professional relationships with staff.
2. Assist with events planning and delivery.
3. Implement and manage administrative processes.
4. Evaluate service provision through regular monitoring and reporting.
