Roseate House London is an intimate, luxury London 5* boutique hotel offering 47 exquisitely appointed rooms and suites. Ideally located on Westbourne Terrace, it lies to the north of Hyde Park, London's largest royal park. This luxury Boutique hotel comprises three carefully restored, mid 19th-century Grade II listed townhouses and is perfect for business, leisure or romantic trysts.
We are looking for a Guest Experience Manager / Duty manager to join the team.

As a Guest Experience Manager, your role will be based in Front Office so you will be expected to provide exceptional service for our guests and carry out reception duties which include: welcoming/escorting Guest, checking guests in/out, cash and key handling and dealing with any Guests queries and complaints. The role involves weekend, day and night shift work.

Entry Requirements:
* Hotel Duty Management experience within a 5* star environment is preferable.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Enthusiastic in delivering service excellence.
* Possess the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
* Has an excellent command of English, both spoken and written
* Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests.
The successful candidate will be able to multi-task, have a confident personality, works well under pressure and able to communicate in an effective manner with all our guests and fellow team members. You must be able to work 12 hour shifts over a fully flexible Rota and also be committed in achieving a quality service to our guests. The role would also suit someone willing to step up to night duty management.
