The work
We build secure, high-performance systems that operate in complex environments.
This includes everything from backend services and distributed systems through to data pipelines, analytics and applied AI, turning complex data into actionable insight.
You might be:
* Building scalable software systems
* Designing and maintaining data pipelines
* Applying analytics or machine learning to real-world problems
* Creating user-focused tools in complex domains
Typical capability areas
* Software Engineering (C++, Java, Python, etc.)
* Data Engineering & Data Pipelines
* Analytics & Data Science
* Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
* UX / Human‑centred design
* Distributed and high‑performance systems
