Quantity Surveyor
We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning volume house builder based in Kent. You will be reporting into the Senior Quantity Surveyor and oversee multiple projects in the region.
About the role of Quantity Surveyor:
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial element of the development, managing costs on site and liaising with site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Involvement in pre-construction activities
Procurement of various sub-contract packages
Dealing with variations
Assisting in completing monthly CVRs
Key Requirements as Quantity Surveyor:
Educated to HNC / Degree level
Experience working within a developer would be preferential
Be a driven and ambitious individual
COINS experience is preferential
