Are you passionate about pets and providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Colleagues, where you will be at the heart of our pet care centres, ensuring customers have an outstanding experience and fostering loyalty to our brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver personalised, attentive service to every customer.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Actively support store setup, deliveries and stock processing during morning shifts.
* Work shifts from early starts at 7:00 am to late finishes at 8:30 pm, including Monday, Friday and weekends.
* Assist with target setting and achievement to enhance business performance.
* Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and achieve pet care centre goals.
* Adapt schedules to flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
