As Registered Manager, youll be responsible for the overall running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding and compliance are met. Youll lead, inspire and develop your team to provide a safe, nurturing and empowering environment where young people can thrive.
About You:
Were looking for someone who is:
* Experienced within childrens residential care
* A strong leader with excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations
* Passionate about safeguarding, positive outcomes and staff development
* Qualified to Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
