Sir John Leman Sixth Form is seeking a talented and motivated Head of Football to establish a Post-16 Football Academy and Education Programme. This post is initially being recruited on a fixed term basis to 31 August 2026. You will: lead and develop a high-performing football academy, ages 16-18 boys and girls plan, deliver, and innovate coaching sessions that challenge and inspire preferably proven strategic experience in developing and implementing football programmes have the ability to design and implement long-term football development plans that enhance player performance, progression, and support future pathways demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and external stakeholders ideally a track record in building and maintaining partnerships with community stakeholders/clubs preferably have previous football programme employment or experience in overseeing sport projects drive the football academy’s growth and reputation within the local community and beyond.
