We are looking for a skilled Chef to join our culinary team in the SL area. This position is perfect for someone passionate about creating exceptional dishes and providing a memorable dining experience. Candidates must live locally and have the right to work full-time in the UK.

Day-to-day of the role:

* Prepare and cook meals according to the restaurant’s menu and recipes.
* Ensure that food preparation and presentation meet high-quality standards.
* Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks related to meal prep, cooking, and delivering food in a timely fashion.
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
* Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
* Coordinate with the management team to plan menus, including future food trends and culinary advancements.
* Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Chef with a strong track record in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
2. Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and various cooking methods.
3. Familiarity with sanitation regulations.
