An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and committed Science Teacher to join a forward-thinking secondary school in Southend on Sea from September 2026. As part of an outstanding trust there is ample opportunity for progression.
This is a permanent position open to specialists across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, including ECTs and experienced practitioners.

The Role
1. Deliver engaging and inclusive Science lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5
2. Contribute to a collaborative and supportive department
3. Inspire students to develop curiosity, confidence, and strong scientific understanding
4. Participate in wider school life and enrichment opportunities
What We’re Looking For
5. A qualified teacher with QTS (or working towards it)
6. Strong subject knowledge in any Science discipline
7. A reflective practitioner committed to continuous improvement
8. Someone who brings energy, creativity, and high expectations
