As a Night Manager at Crerar Hotels, you will be entrusted with the full responsibility of overseeing the Night Porter Team, reporting directly to the General Manager. Your role will involve ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift, including adhering to night audit procedures and addressing guest queries. You will be dedicated to maintaining the comfort, security, and safety of all guests, performing security walks and checks throughout the hotel. Additionally, you will assist guests with luggage, provide efficient check-in and check-out services, and handle light cleaning duties. You will also set up meeting rooms for the following day, ensuring everything is prepared for a seamless transition into the morning shift.
