The Role You'll handle a varied caseload of Building Control work, including plan assessments, site inspections, regulatory compliance, enforcement, and dealing with dangerous structures. Working closely with homeowners, developers, architects, and contractors, you'll ensure all projects meet Building Regulations and safety standards. The role offers a hybrid working model, combining home working with regular site visits and periodic office collaboration. You'll be part of a supportive and experienced team that values technical excellence and continuous learning.
