As a Marketing & Strategy Planning Director at P&G, you will be a key driver of our continued growth and success. With our commitment to innovation, you will develop go-to-market commercial plans for the Personal Health Care organization, focusing on APAC markets.

You will report to the Regional Sales Vice President and work closely with a multi-functional, diverse team of experts across Singapore and APAC markets.

1. Develop go-to-market strategies in APAC to grow categories and win with customers.
2. Identify and reapply successful models across different regions.
Responsibilities
Regional GTM Plan Sufficiency
* Ensure channel and customer needs are incorporated into RBU OGSM and portfolio choices. Deliver annual regional category growth strategies in partnership with local market teams. Provide 18-month visibility for JBP in SMOs. Incorporate channel and customer inputs effectively.
Channel Category GTM Guidelines and Plans
* Translate RBU strategies into executable GTM plans, including revenue management and sales fundamentals. Lead the creation of brand/category vision, KBD guidance, trade channel strategies, sales toolkits, and category concepts.
Strategic Revenue Management
* Incorporate winning pricing principles into RBU plans. Develop SRM strategies, deliver pricing concepts, and create promotional strategies by channel and market to meet business targets.
Initiatives
* Deliver regional sales elements of initiative toolboxes, including concept sells. Manage regional portfolio, SKU productivity, and market/channel needs.
Shopper-Based Design
* Deliver qualified category SBD standards by channel, rooted in shopper understanding. Identify sales opportunities and define targets with the SMO, creating necessary enablers.
Leadership Development
* Serve as a category expert for market MS&P category managers and as the go-to-market expert for the RBU multi-functional team.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of Personal Health Care brands.
* 4+ years of relevant FMCG industry experience.
* Deep understanding of commercial planning and processes.
* Strong knowledge of the Indonesia and Philippines markets and consumers.
* Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders credibly and effectively.
