The Role As a Building Services Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of complex construction projects, ensuring all mechanical and electrical (M&E) services are designed, coordinated, and installed to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with design teams, subcontractors, and project managers from pre-construction through to handover. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all M&E services on-site Review and advise on M&E design and specifications Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams Ensure compliance with building regulations and health & safety standards Monitor progress, quality, and cost of building services installations Provide technical support and resolve on-site issues Lead commissioning and handover processes About You Proven experience as a Building Services Manager or M&E Manager with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor. Our client will also accept applications from experienced Building Services Professionals working within the Subcontractor market.
