Sales Director – UK
Location: UK (Flexible with travel)

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and drive growth in the UK market for a leading packaging solutions provider. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a newly reorganized business, with a focus on both team leadership and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership (40%):
* Lead, motivate, and manage an existing team of sales professionals, driving accountability and supporting performance.
New Business Development (60%):
* Focus on generating new accounts and expanding the company's footprint across key verticals.
* Build and nurture relationships with medium-to-large brands, with a strong emphasis on business development and growth.
Stakeholder Management:
* Act as a senior representative of the company, managing relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders in a changing environment.
Long-term Ownership:
* Own and streamline commercial processes, with potential involvement in the company’s future rebranding and go-to-market strategies.
Candidate Profile:
Team Leadership Experience:
* Proven ability to lead teams of at least 1–2 people, driving performance and motivation.
Hunter Mentality:
* Strong experience in business development and generating new revenue streams. Passion for selling and being actively involved in the market.
Experience with Large Brands:
* Previous experience working with medium-to-large brands, ideally in the FMCG, beauty, or packaging industries.
Packaging Knowledge:
* A solid understanding of the packaging industry and its applications across various sectors.
Leadership & Gravitas:
* Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and drive change. Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and managing change in a dynamic environment.
