As a Cluster Training Manager, you will be working within the Talent & Culture Department and report directly to the Group Director of Talent & Culture.
You will be:
Coordinating all training sessions within our London businesses
Meeting the apprenticeships targets across the hotels
Managing the training budgets across the businesses
Facilitating training sessions across the businesses
Responsible for projects as and when required
Essential for our Cluster Training Manager:
Experience in a previous similar role
Intermediate written and spoken level of English
CIPD qualified preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays if required shift pattern will be applicable
