Excel Recruitment is seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Healthcare team in our Belfast office. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take ownership of a busy temp desk within a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment.
The Role
This is a full 360 recruitment position, where you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle-from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing and placement. You will work closely with a wide range of healthcare clients across Northern Ireland, delivering high-quality staffing solutions while building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and grow a healthcare temporary recruitment desk
2. Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients across Northern Ireland
3. Source, screen, and place high-quality healthcare candidates
4. Build and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates
5. Deliver a high level of service in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
6. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
About You
7. Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within healthcare or temp desk environments
8. Strong sales mindset with a passion for business development
9. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
10. Ability to manage a busy workload and work to targets
11. Driven, ambitious, and results-oriented
