GRADE E SCP 11 – 17 (£28,142 - £31,022)

ACTUAL SALARY £23,531.33 - £25,939.49

37 HOURS PER WEEK

YOUR MAIN DUTIES WOULD BE:

•To support and supervise pupils with SEMH/learning difficulties who may present with challenging behaviour under the direction of the Behaviour and Intervention manager.

•To support pupils and families in raising attendance at school and providing timely and effective interventions to Persistence absenteeism (90% and below) and Serious Absenteeism (50% and below).

•To support staff and students in restorative practices.

•To support any investigations into pupil behaviours or safeguarding incidents.

•To run intervention sessions/support academic progress in the re-set and reflection room.

•Support the development of Christian ethos through aiding pupils in their spiritual development.
