3. Support the preparation of financial reports and forecasts to guide decision-making.

5. Assist in month-end and year-end reporting processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
6. Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
7. Provide financial insights to non-finance stakeholders to support strategic planning.
8. Maintain and improve financial models to enhance reporting accuracy.
9. Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
10. Support ad hoc financial projects as required by the management team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner (Part Qualified) should have:
11. Part-qualified status in a recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
12. Experience working in accounting and finance within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
13. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
14. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
15. Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
16. A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving financial processes.
