Key Responsibilities
* Maintain nursery gardens and outdoor play areas, including planting, weeding, mowing, and seasonal upkeep.
* Carry out minor repairs and general maintenance across the settings.
* Ensure outdoor spaces are safe, tidy, and engaging for children.
* Support with setting up outdoor learning areas and equipment when required.
* Liaise with the nursery manager regarding any larger maintenance needs.
Person Specification
* Previous experience in gardening, groundskeeping, or general maintenance.
* Practical skills in basic repairs and upkeep.
* Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
* An understanding of health & safety, particularly in environments used by children.
* A friendly and approachable manner.
