The Role: Technical Support Engineer
Location: Liverpool City Centre with Hybrid Working
Salary: £30-35,000 with health, pension, life assurance, gym membership.
We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft bias IT support engineer to join this national technology company, based from their prestigious Liverpool City Centre offices.
Supporting around 250 users across different divisions in the business, the company are well established but continue to grow and offer solutions across data, voice, cloud, mobile and security.
This is internal support, and will be a well rounded role with a good chance to get involved in end to end projects, alongside day to day support and troubleshooting.
The technical environment is across the Microsoft Technology stack and in particular, we’d be interested to hear from support engineers that are qualified, or on your way with Azure AZ-900 exams and / or MS-900 (Or any other 365 based track).
It’s the management and ongoing evolution of their remote connectivity and cloud environment and you’ll be joining in and supporting projects such as one geared towards setting up a zero touch provisioning model across the business.
It’s Windows Server and Office 365 with Azure being the main cloud tech. Role is Windows desktop and server infrastructure based with networking knowledge alongside some additional systems like Dynamics and Salesforce, but the MS Infrastructure is the key for the role and it’s a solid 2nd line level.
