Overview
This is a great opportunity to become part of our highly professional, friendly, support team. You will have a “can do” attitude and are practical, calm, energetic and diligent. Previous experience would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given.
Responsibilities
* Ensure exam board regulations are adhered to throughout the exam process and that examinations run smoothly.
* Assist with setting up the exams hall, distributing and collecting exam papers and ensuring students are seated according to seating plans.
* Provide additional support to students sitting exams individually by becoming a reader and/or scribe when required.
Hours and Scheduling
Flexibility of hours is essential. Mock exams run in November and March, with the main external exam season running from May to July. Morning sessions start at 8.30am (finishing around 11.30am) and afternoon sessions start at 12.30pm (finishing by 3.10pm). Exact dates will be confirmed in advance, with the possibility of additional sessions arising as needed.
