Role Overview: As a Junior IT Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for IT support, delivering high-quality 1st line technical assistance to users across the business. You'll be exposed to a broad range of technologies, providing support for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, switches, and more. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st line support for all IT-related queries via phone, email, and in person Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across a range of devices Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary Maintain clear communication with users to ensure a positive support experience Document incidents and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system What We're Looking For: You don't need to know everything-we're looking for someone enthusiastic, curious, and eager to learn.
