Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our GDK store in Cheltenham. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the GDK customer experience and driving the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
* Manage and lead the team, ensuring staff development, training, and motivation.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as brand standards.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist with stock management, ordering, and cost control.
* Contribute to the achievement of store targets including sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 2-3 years of experience in fast food or restaurant management.
* Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
* Customer Focused: A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Operational Excellence: Ability to maintain high operational standards under pressure.
* Adaptability: Willingness to take on additional responsibilities, with potential to grow into a multi-store management role.
