IRecruit4 are seeking a reliable and hardworking Recycling Operative to join a busy, environmentally focused recycling company based in Royal Wootton Bassett.
This is a hands on, physical role based entirely within the recycling yard, supporting the processing of recyclable materials. This position does not involve driving or collections.
Key Responsibilities forRecycling Operative:
* Sorting, baling, and wrapping recyclable materials
* Assisting with general yard duties
* Operating recycling machinery (full training provided)
* Supporting the team to meet daily processing targets
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
* Following health & safety procedures and company policies
RequirementsforRecycling Operative:
* Happy to carry out physical, hands on work
* Previous recycling, warehouse, or yard experience advantageous but not essential
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
* Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
* Positive attitude and good timekeeping
