As our Lecturer in Plumbing, you will support learner achievement and personal development by delivering effective teaching, monitoring progress, and providing guidance that helps learners develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed for further study, employment, and wider participation.
Responsibilities as our Lecturer in Plumbing will include:
1. Teach and develop skills and theory, ensuring content, methods of delivery and learning materials meet the defined learning objectives for individual teaching sessions.
2. Provide flexible assessment opportunities and closely plan, monitor, track and record student/apprentice retention, achievement, and success.
3. Develop a range of teaching resources and materials that meet the requirements of the specifications set by the awarding bodies, identifying learning objectives and outcomes for each session.
