This is for 22.5 hours per week, working on a rota basis that will include weekends. To assist in running an efficient and effective Donation Centre operation to maximize profits from the donated goods stock. To ensure excellent customer service for customers arriving to donate goods. Ensuring donations are efficiently moved into the warehouse stock/donations system and processed o undertake a range of duties as allocated by the Team Leader to ensure an efficient warehousing process To greet customers donating to St Helena via the Donation Centre demonstrating excellent customer service to represent the organisation in a positive manner and promote any events Supervising and supporting volunteers working at the donation point ensuring they all demonstrate excellent customer service. Working in the designated zones (reception, sorting room etc) and completing all duties as requested Must be physically fit in order to move goods.
