An award-winning, forward-thinking commercial law firm with offices across the South West is seeking a Corporate Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its expanding Corporate & Commercial team. This opportunity is available at Associate or Senior Associate level and is ideal for candidates from both Top 100/City firms and regional or boutique practices.
Corporate Lawyer Role – Key Responsibilities
Work on High-Value Corporate Transactions
* Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
* Business Sales and Disposals
* Joint Ventures and Shareholder Agreements
* Private Equity Transactions and Investments
Client Relationship Management & Business Development
* Advise UK and international clients across a range of sectors
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Attend networking events, client meetings and industry functions
* Support the continued growth and strategy of the corporate team
Corporate Solicitor Requirements
Qualified Corporate Lawyer (3+ PQE)
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (England & Wales)
* Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in Corporate or Commercial Law
* Experience gained in a City, national, regional, or boutique law firm
* Strong technical skills across corporate transactions
* Excellent client care, communication and commercial awareness
