As a Marine Account Executive, you will manage a portfolio of marine accounts, cultivate client relationships, and provide tailored insurance solutions.

The Role:
* Retail-facing, non-Lloyd’s role handling and developing a UK and European marine client portfolio.
* Managing existing marine accounts, including trade, yacht, cargo, and hull risks.
* Developing new client relationships via referrals and networking.
* Advising marinas, sailing clubs, boat builders, vessel sellers, and boatyards.
* Attending client meetings across UK coastlines.
* Providing technically sound, advice-led insurance solutions.
* Building towards a future leadership role with succession planning.
* Supported by digital marketing, strong insurer relationships, and autonomy in work approach.
