Job Description
One of my local authority clients based in Surrey are currently on the search for an interim Health & Safety Environmental Health Officer to assist their Corporate Health & Safety function for the next 6 months.
Officers will be expected to:
Deal with Union queries and issues.
Risk Assessments
Practical implementation of health and safety policy and procedures.
Review and implement a comprehensive Health and Safety strategy.
Prepare and manage Health & Safety arrangements for all Council activities.
Monitor and report on accidents and incidents and report through internal procedures.
Additional role information
Hours per week: 16-21
Start Date: ASAP
Contract duration: 6 Months.
Working Pattern: On site.
Rate: DoE
