We are looking for a Support Desk Analyst to join our IT team at BPAS to provide first line IT support for all BPAS users and to maintain systems and processes to contribute to the day-to-day running of Services.
You will work 2 days a week in the office and 3 days at home - and then be flexible for business needs.
About You
You will have a good current working knowledge across a range of key technologies including Microsoft 365, Microsoft On-Premise, Citrix Technology stack, SSL Certificates and Security products. Friendly and approachable you will make a great addition to the IT team because you are a team player.
We are also looking for:
1. Qualified to the equivalent of an HNC / HND standard of education or 1 years experience
2. Experience providing user-facing IT support in IT
3. Good general knowledge of IT arrangements in a workplace
4. Experience of MS-Windows 10 and Office 365 and other established technologies.
Main duties of the job
About the Role:
As the First Line Support Desk Analyst you will work with your IT colleagues to ensure that a user focused first line support service is provided accross the organisation. Duties will include raising purchase orders for equipment & services using BPAS purchase requisitioning system, assisting the IT Services team to ensure all relevant equipment (including telephony) is covered by appropriate warranty and/or maintenance contracts and to provide clerical assistance with audits. You will also ensure compliance with copyright and licensing requirements for all software used by BPAS.
A key aspect of this role will be answering IT queries over the phone and helping colleagues across BPAS resolve their IT problems. You will also work to answer tickets raised. This is a pro-active role providing great customer service and resolving problems at first point of contact.

Further Information:
Salary: £26,878 to £31, 815depending upon skills and experience.
Hours: 36 Hours per week - Monday to Friday
Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 15:00 or 08:00 - 16:00
Friday 07:00 - 13:30 or 08:00 - 14:30
1 in 4 Saturdays - Service Deskcover - 8am to 4pm - paid as Overtime and Time and half
1 in 4 On Call week - Monday Friday 6pm to 9pm, Sat 4pm to 6pm, Sun9am to 5pm (P1 "cannot work" issues only) - paid as additional £300per month.
Location: Home based with 2 days per week at our Head office in Leamington Spa CV34 6RQ.
